Introduction

General Administration Division deals with procurement and house keeping of office automation for smooth function of the organisation.

Objectives

The main objective of the General Administration Division is to administer the entire office in terms of achieving the set goals of the organisation within the Rules and Regulations.

Activities

  • Procurement and House Keeping
  • To make logistics arrangement for smooth conduct of the meetings/workshops
  • To see that the Office Automation are working properly
  • To provide good working conditions in other sections to achieve the goals of the organisation.
  • Maintenance of Office Automation in order to keep it always in working condition
  • To ensure cleanliness in the office to achieve the goal of ‘Swatch Bharat’ Abhiyan.
